Absolute Concrete have produced Concrete Box Culverts ranging from 1x1m units to 4x3m units with fill heights between 0 and 3m including units used under railways. Units can be manufactured to specific designs so specifically engineered projects can also be accommodated.

We are also able to manufacture units with features such as duct holes for site stressing or coupling via tie rods. Cast in starter bars to tie into wing-walls or apron slabs and precast wing-walls and head-walls. When precast concrete box culverts are used they have been found to reduce road crossing maintenance and increase safety for staff and the road user.

Design Our units are all designed by an independent structural engineer in accordance with the Transit New Zealand Specifications and are suitable for HN:HO-72 loading and as such they will meet all the requirements for use under roads and state highways. Prices are quoted on an individual basis based on quantities and specific requirements.

We have our own transport fleet that includes Hi-ab crane trucks and can deliver according to your location.
